Recruitment, done properly<\/h2>\n

Recruitment is the foundation MYAC was built on, and it remains the core of what we do. We recruit both\ndomestically and internationally, drawing on a pre-screened candidate pool that now runs into the\nthousands across trades, hospitality, healthcare, engineering and other skilled occupations. Our\napproach to matching goes beyond keyword-matching a CV against a job description \u2014 we assess\nMYAC Group \u2014 Website Content Document (Complete Edition) Page 12\npractical competency where it matters (a chef's skills are properly tested in a working kitchen, not just\ndescribed on paper), and we weigh a candidate's fit against an employer's actual operating environment,\nnot just the position title.\n<\/p>\n

Migration, done properly<\/h2>\n

Migration law in Australia changes more often, and more substantively, than most businesses outside the\nsector appreciate. Salary thresholds are indexed annually. Visa streams get restructured. Sponsorship\nobligations shift. An employer who got expert advice on a sponsorship two years ago may well be working\nfrom settings that no longer apply.\n<\/p>\n
